How It Began
Founded in 1967 by Frank Albiero, Albiero Plumbing & HVAC first operated out of an unheated barn on Decorah Road in West Bend. Two years later, the company relocated to a shop on Indiana Avenue and then moved to Schoenhaar Drive in 1971. Until Frank’s retirement in 1998, the company operated out of this location.

Over the years, our employees contributed a great deal to the overall success of the company. There is no doubt that Albiero Plumbing has had very dedicated employees; the longevity of their employment is only a tiny portion of their dedication to our customers and company. Three key employees, Jerry “Matt” Mathson, Tony Habersetzer, and John Backhaus, purchased the company in May 1998.
In 2000, the new owners completed their services by adding sales and service of air conditioning and forced air systems. In 2003, the company moved into a more convenient and prominent location on N. Main St. in West Bend. Our current site is complete with an upscale, beautiful showroom.
